Question Spreadsheet to show average training completion status

    Hi all,

Forgive me if my English is bad and can't explain specifically as English is not my native language.

    1. Drop down menu with list of option - can be either Yes or No; or just plain numbers such as 0, 1, 2, 3 etc...
    2. If the person has done all training, it would appear 100% in status cell. If only half is completed it would show 50% and so on... I know it has something to do with conditional formatting but I can't figure which exactly does this...

I have attached a spreadsheet sample with 2 example and I really want to learn how to do it like that.

    Thank you, much appreciated.

    Thank you proton. But what if it's numbers 1 = Yes ; 0 = No instead? having 3 training completed with three 1 ; 1 ; 1 is 100% and some would have 0 ; 0 ; 1 or 1 ; 0 ; 1? How would I make that percentage out of it?

    Much appreciated.

Re: Spreadsheet to show average training completion status

    For 1's an 0's Use
    =AVERAGE(D19:F19)
I hope you are not going to mix numbers and words.
