    Conditional Formatting

    Dear all

    In My attached sheet, I want to put the conditional formatting to invoice number column.. If the same invoice number repeated duplicate the colour is "orange" if it is more than 2 the different font colour should be "Green". please any one suggest me

    use a countif()=2 orange
    countif()>2 green

    Use =COUNTIF($H$5:$H$14,H5)>2 and =COUNTIF($H$5:$H$14,H5)=2

    edit: my network has been going up and down. I see you alrady have an answer. now you have the same one... twice!
