    Re: Excel Calendar HELP

To answer this we need all the detail about your data layout, what's on the first sheet, etc.

It will be much easier to understand your problem if you provide your file. This allows us to see and experiment with your data, layout, formulas, code, and possibly attach a file with a completed solution. If you are looking for formulas to produce a desired result, it helps if you create a mock-up of what you want the result to look like. Otherwise we would have to build something from scratch, trying to guess what you want it to look like.

Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window. Submit your post.

You might be interested in the 'Community Events Planner' calendar, which can be downloaded for free from Office.com, or save the attached file.
I made one modification to the template which was to change the hard coded date in cells B9 and B10 on the events sheet to the date function as in: =DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),7,1) so that the event names will show up each July 1st.

    Re: Excel Calendar HELP

Glad that you wrote back, I had meant to suggest a modification to the formula so that it reads: =DATE(ViewYear,7,1)
That way when the year on the calendar tab is changed the dates on the events tab will all change also.
I am not sure about monthly reminders, other than to suggest that June 1st have the 'Pastor Appreciation Month' event name. If you go to the linked Office.com site there is a 'support' link. Perhaps they could supply that kind of information.

    Re: Excel Calendar HELP

Paste the formula into cell B9 on the 'Events' sheet and either double click the fill handle or drag the fill handle down to copy the formula to other cells in that column.
