How to calculate backwards; Creating an automatic meal plan

Hi guys

I am new to the forum and coding in general. So I am hoping that you can help me.

My challenge is that I am trying to create a meal plan in excel, that when I type in an amount of calories in a cell. Let's say 2500. Then I want the different values in the other cells to calculate how many calories the meals needs to be to get to 2500 in total.

Other that that I have made a small caloric table, so that when I, as an example, type in an egg, then I know how many calories in contains and it gives me the value in the meal plan. But how can I make this play together with my calorie calculation?

I sincerely hope you guys can help me.

Perhaps if you share what you have so far, and show some sample answers (even if you have to enter them manually), we will have a better idea of what you want?
To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
