    Question Excel Charts / Pivot chart Ignore Old Data

    Hey Everyone,

    I am new to Excel Forum & Excel itself. I apologize if this can easily be accomplished o/r has been asked before.

    I am trying to create an Excel sheet for Employee's to keep track of a Company Vehicle. Specifically, Mileage & Gas level.

    However, the problem I am running into is. Anytime an Employee Enters the data the "Gas" PivotChart updates with All the Data from the entire year. I just want to show the latest date in the pivot chart.

    an Example being;

    06/17/2017 - Gas 75%
    06/18/2017 - Gas 25%

    Current Gas Level 25% as of 06/18/2017 (completely ignoring 06/17/2017 & any dates before this)

    Let me know if this can be accomplished somehow or if there is a better way to do this.

    I'd greatly appreciate it!

    maybe add filter in PT only for actual month
    or
    attach example Excel file (not a picture)
