Difficult to comment without seeing the workbook.
Probably because there is a gap after June 25th?

No. Thre is no gap.
I don't see any missing dates. The drop down shows all dates through to the last 2nd July dates.
What are you doing when you say you can't see dates post 25/6?
Sorry, it is 25 May rather. I am attaching the screen shots of what I see in the drop-down.
Have you scrolled all the way down the list of May dates?
Yes, I did
Is the picture you show from the same workbook you uploaded?
Otherwise I'm struggling to understand why you have an apparent problem since I can't replicate it.
I see the name Routes is linked to another workbook. Not sure why that should make a difference but have you tried removing the name.
The pictures are from the same workbook.
The name "Routes" is for some validation rules. I removed all the validation rules and all the name. Still the result is same.
maybe try this:
go to the ribbon DATA - Filter ("unclick" filter)
then click anywhere in your table and use Ctrl+T, tick: My table has headers, Ok
now check if you've the same problem as before
I have download your file & showing all months properly.
Your screenshot as per your attach file.
Refer attachment which is as per your attach file #3

Tried this. the problem persists
so try copy all data into brand new excel file and check again
Go to name manager & delete name "Routes"
Clear all filter columns & set again filter & try.
No more ideas.
I can say only: reinstall office. this is ca. 30 minutes or less
try with this file:

Indeed. there's a limit of 100000 unique items in a drop down.
See here about 6 pages down https://support.office.com/en-gb/art...7-269d656771c3

try with PT
I've had the same problem when I've exported large amounts of data as delimited csv files and forgotten to save it as an Excel format file. In these cases the filters wouldn't show all the dates, and were probably treating each row as a unique value even though they appeared to have the same data. Once I converted to Excel I've still had problems if I sort the dates - Once again it sometimes cuts of the later dates. The best thing to do would be to import the data into Access if you still have the filter limit issue.
If this is the case for you, make sure to save the file first in an Excel format and try it again. I hope this helps or that you've already found a solution.

My problem was solved itself. Seems the problem was with some update of office. The later update did the job.
So, If that takes care of your original question, please select Thread Tools from the menu link above and mark this thread as SOLVED. Thanks.
