COMBOBOX List Based On Other COMBOBOX Value

    Hi Expert,

In the attached Excel Sample file; there is a userform which contains STATE and NAME OF CITY combo box.

requirement is; when we select any STATE from 1st combo box, 2nd combo box should show the list only for the CITIES belongs to the selected STATE. (Both the list should be DISTINCT as per the records available in the column A and B)

    Thanks

    Try this....
    gaikwad-combobox-list-based-on-other-combobox-value-sample-drop-down.xlsm
ComboBox1 is complete. ComboBox 1 only has the 1st 2 states done at this time.
Let me know if this is what you wanted.

You don't have to add Rep if I have helped you out (but it would be nice), but please mark the thread as SOLVED if your issue is resolved.

Re: COMBOBOX List Based On Other COMBOBOX Value

    Hi gmr4evr1,

This is not what i am looking for. you have just hard coded the things both "Items" & "Ranges". what if any items get added OR sorting happens..?

Required a dynamic form of drop-down list.

    Thanks

Required a dynamic form of drop-down list.
This was not stated in the original post which is the reason I hard coded it. I assumed your lists were complete and that they wouldn't change...my mistake.
Unfortunately, what you require is beyond my knowledge and I am not sure how to make the dropdown list dynamic.
