Basically, if I create a chart on sheet 1 and want the same chart on sheet 2, I need to make a copy of sheet one and then copy the data from sheet 2 to sheet 1.
Instead, is there any way I could merely copy the chart to sheet 2 and link it to the corresponding data in sheet 2?
I was trying to do it in a quicker way. I guess Macros is the only solution for multiple worksheets.
Yes. Just copy the chart and then right click on it to change the data series to which it refers (the option is Select Data, I think). This assumes that the data is in the same format, of course.
But, when it is a set of 50-60 graphs superimposed on one graph, I need to do it individually for each curve!
It would have been easier if there was a find and replace option on the formula input of the chart.
Could your data be put into a Pivot Table? If so you could produce multiple Pivot Charts, on multiple sheets, from the Pivot Table and use Slicers to select the data that you want each chart to display.
