Cell Format Not showing correctly but only "####" after switching from 32bit to 64bit

    Hello Everyone,

Yesterday i switched from 32bit to 64bit version of excel and after opening all the files i that i usually work on, i see that the cell which was supposed to display the currency unit of 'Bangladeshi Taka ৳' and with the number value is instead showing '####### #####'. I tried to delete the custom format it is supposedly showing but the same error. If anyone can help me in this regard it would be very helpful.

I'm attaching the excel file and a pdf file (of how it should look).

Thank in advance for the support.
