how do I get my staff rota to add number of staff on duty

Hi can anyone help me with a formula that will let me know what staff I have who start at a certain time

I want to see the number of staff who start at 8am , 9am to 09:30am and 10am

if I mark the cell yellow for annual leave or red for sick leave it does not get counted in the totals

see attachments for my rota - it not fancy , just need a formula

I converted the schedule range to a table...
There is no formula to return cell colors...
