IF statement with special scenario help

Is there some sort of formula that will looking to those particular columns and return same information from another column if Customer Name and Item are same for that particular line item.

I need a formula that will look into column D and E and you can see that we have same information being shown but we have blank TO for last 2 rows.

    Please see attachment.

    Can someone please assist

Can you clarify. What column are you trying to calculate? What are your expected values, i.e. if you're trying to calculate the last two rows in Column C, what should be the output of the formula? Is the value "TO520" coming from data validation somewhere? I understand what you want to reference but I'm not clear on what you need the formula to do, exactly.

Hi sorry for the confusion. I am trying to calculate in column C. Please see attached updated worksheet. As you can see highlighted cells in column C. I want a formula to return those information.

Re: IF statement with special scenario help

Hi Thank you for the formula. My main consistency that I am looking for in a formula is looking at "Customer Name" and "Item" as the main bases when doing the "search" becuase if those are same. Not my "Memo/Description". Since I have alot of information I need to have my "Customer name" and "Item" my main driving point.

For the sample data in the file attached to post #1, the following array entered formula* returns the expected values based on the customer name and item:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

*Array entered formulas are confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
