Conditionl Format with time values

Hi I am looking for some help with a conditional format with time values

I want the highest value to be green and lowest orange

if both are the same then both will be green


I can do it with numbers and percentage but cant seem to get it to work with time values

please help

There were too many times, too many colours and no instructions as to where you wanted the CF to apply.

For green, use this formula:
=OR(C$1>C$2,C$1=C$2)

For orange, this one:
=C$2>C$1

apply to: =$C$1:$E$2
