My first post on this forum, so please correct any faux pas gently.
I have an Excel 2010 workbook that uses live exchange rate data from MSN. It uses the standard query that is built into Excel, which links to http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor...xcel/rates.asp.
Sometime in the last couple of weeks, the content of the page has been modified. The names of the currencies have been changed (e.g. British Pound to United Kingdom pound), which I can correct for easily. However, the Euro to US Dollar exchange rate seems to have disappeared altogether, which is causing me much more of a problem.
My questions are:
- Do Microsoft actively support this data link?
- If so, is there a good way of getting in touch with them to point out the missing Euro rate?
- Does anyone have an alternative currency website that has worked well with Excel queries, and has remained stable over an extended period of time?
Many thanks in advance for any assistance!
