Hi - I've been googling this for some time, but haven't found a solution. I was helping a coworker at their desk, and went to do a vlookup. When I selected the array range, I'm used to seeing the little popup box next to where my on screen mouse is showing row/column count of the range I'm selecting, so I know how many columns out I need to set my vlookup column. On their machine, it just doesn't appear. I looked through settings, and tried googling quite extensively, but can't figure out why theirs wouldn't appear.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to make the helpful little box reappear?
