Excel gets error then prints

Recently my coworker got updated to windows 10 and all drivers were set up by an IT pro. When I first started working here the drivers that I used were different than his. I know some about IT so my first day I was in charge of setting up all workstations and I setup the printer easily. Anyway, she ended up printing about 20 excel sheets perfectly fine without a delay. After that she started to have problems where excel will go to pending, then error, then after a few minutes it would print. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks in advance!

There may be, but I don't think it's an Excel issue. You need to talk to your IT department and see if printer drivers need updating.
