assigning value to a cell.

I have a spreadsheet with about 100 names of my clients on it, the names are divided in five columns Monday to Friday.
This list changes on a regular basis as I get new costumers or lose them.
I want to assign a hidden value (currency) to that name and not to the specific cell, because as the list changes, the names will be placed in a different cell.
The end goal is to add all the numbers from each specific client to create a total monthly amount.
How will I do that?

You could do this using a series of SUMIF or LOOKUPs. But without a sample spreadsheet, it'll be difficult to give you a proper solution. Are you able to post one up? Be sure to remove any sensitive / private information.
