In my work I need to go through lot of unwanted stuff, paragraph after paragraph, but one line which is very important and not to be missed is hiding somewhere out there !!!. My job is to alert the concerned. Now, this important information is mailed to us days and months before, but there is no system where we can store this readily available. The result is we miss out many a times in real time.

I have an idea, i.e., if I am able to store the prior info on an excel sheet, where column 1 will contain the key word, and the info on column 2, which can be popped up when ever I open a web page and if that page contains the key word.

Is it possible ? .. Could you please help me !!!
