Vendor aging formular

HELLO....

I am using Excel to track Accounts Payable for a small company.
Column A is VENDOR NAME
Column B IS INVOICE NO
Column C is the JOB(PROJECT),
Column D is the $ amount of the invoice
Column E is the invoice date
and columns F,G,H,I,J....are aging (i.e. 0-30, 31-60, 61-90,
> 91-120,121-999).

> Is there a function that will age and move the $$ to the correct column?

"If" function is something that you say, for e.g. If cell A1 is blank, get the answer 0 else 1. The formula will look like =If(Sheet1A1!="",0,1). This is so simple. You can use 7 If statements in a formula and also you can use other functions. Keep in mind that a Formula is a mixture of one ore more functions.
