I am trying to add just the cells in column "O" who's font is set to Bold. I have defined a name, "IsBold" as Get.Cell(20,$05) then at the bottom of the data in the "O" Column, have added =SUMIFS(O5:O8,O5:O8,"IsBold=True"). However the bold cells are not added as the sum is always zero. Help would be appreciated as I have tried all kinds of syntax on the SumifS function.

Even though the function is volatile, the sheet would have to calculate to add the bold cells again.

Thanks...yes, it is no problem to do in VBA but I am working on a spreadsheet that needs to be distributed and people don't want to "enable content" to run VBA macros. Thus, I am trying to do the spreadsheet with macros.
