Make values appear only after certain date.

What's going on people? I'm terrible at wording this stuff but here it goes. As far as I can tell, my two sheets and formulas are working fine. My issue is more of an aesthetic one, just being picky.

My sheet is adding my remaining income from the previous month(row 6) with all my new income deposits from the current month in sheet2. Its fine for the current month but I hate seeing that same value on all my future months, since it is not my final budget. I hope this is making sense.
So what I want is for the values to not appear on future months until that month has been reached. Any help?
    Here is a sample picture.

    Thanks in advance!

How about using Conditional Formatting? If the date is in the future, color the text of the cell the same as the background (white).

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Assuming that the values in row2 are actual dates (not a string), try this formula in D3:

Other alternative is to use conditional formatting.

Yes they are actual dates in row2 and yes your formula worked perfectly. I'm going to try the conditional formatting as well just to see how that works. Thank you both.
