Scan values and show only values in those rows

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this,

This is the how I have my inventory setup thus far, do you see how the QTY shows 0 for a lot of the items?
This is because I have a very large list of products but only a small portion of this is actually on hand items.
So what I would like to do is have Column A do a scan all the values in column A, once it has scanned the values
I would like for it to show only the Rows with Quantity higher than 0 so that I may edit the location and sub location more effectively

    Thank you!!

Sounds like you want a filter: http://www.wikihow.com/Use-AutoFilter-in-MS-Excel

    Ah, yes thank you.

I have a question about the filters,

When I click on it I have to set the value or unset it.

Is there a way to toggle the option and assign it a name?

I'm not sure I understand. Off the top of my head, I don't think that sort of option exists as a built in thing. I could see adding a helper column that takes into account the conditions you want to simplify, then filter on that helper column, or other possibilities, even extending into a VBA macro. It all depends on exactly what you are trying to do here.
