Items in Drop down are all wrong!

I have an excel sheet with drop downs for filtering. Only some display the correct item. But for every other row or column I go in, the drop down says the same thing when it should have choices. Where do I begin to even see how the drop downs are setup?

sorry I cannot, as it contains HIPPA information. It is weird, all but some boxes are diplaying one term, when there should be different ones in the box for each section but have no idea how to even check it. I tried data validation but nothing really changed

Sanitise your data, or delete any sensitive stuff so that it displays the same problem, then upload.

No sheet = greatly reduced possibility of help.

Ok I did, no customer/client info is displayedCriteria Form.xlsx
IT says "high" in areas it should not.

Your request is far from clear...

But... in K6 (for example) the data validation is referring to a single cell - N12, which contains the word "High". Where should it be looking?

The data validation for F6 contains =$N$12, and N12 contains "High"

I wish I knew man, I was just given this out of thin air and was told "the drop downs aren't working" and saw that they were, but we clearly not displaying the right words or choices in the drop down. "High" couldn't be a choice for some of those, so I thought maybe the choices were messed up somehow. I have no real experience other than college classes a long time ago about excel so finding little things within the software isn't something I am familiar with.

Off to the right, those boxes show what choices should be under each column i believe. But many are only displaying "high"

Check all of your Data Validation statements - it does look like the source cells are off, one shows a typed list in the "Source," but most show a cell reference. "High" is coming from cell $N$12. These things happen to me when I move to a cell instead of using enter.

I have no idea how to check all data validation statements. I am not the excel/spreadsheet guy here, I was just given this. I will try that, but have no idea how to do so, really. I clicked the data validation tool earlier and nothing changed, but again I am not familiar with this so easy to understand instruction would be great if possible.

I've set up some DV on K6 downwards. I normally put the DV terms on a separate sheet, just so they don't get in the way. This is how it should look...

When you open the data validation there will be the option for Source, this should be a comma separated list as it is in some of your cells, or a cell reference which can be a range of cells. If you correct these cells ranges to the appropriate lists, this will work.
