Exclamation Help with a SUM IFS / INDEX MATCH function please

    Hi,

I require some help - I am trying to find out the sum of a customer's total spend by month.

At the moment I have a breakdown of a customer's spend by product - but I want the sum of the spend on these products per month.

    Please see example attached.

I think I may need a SUM with an Index Match function.

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks

Re: Help with a SUM IFS / INDEX MATCH function please

Hi, I have tried this method but it is extremely slow as I have about 100,000 cells that need calculating - is there another quicker method?

I would prefer then Pivot table.

Select the data and press Alt->N-V and then enter. Now drag the field in respective areas as per your need.

    Check the attached file.

    Hope this will help/
