Dart Team Random generator by skill level

Hello

I am looking to create a Dart team random generator by using skill level
I currently have 24 players with 3 skill levels.
I am trying to create 4 teams of 6.

There are a few online, some are close but not really what I am looking for.

Please be kind as this is the first time I have ever posted anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are there an equal number of skilled players in each ranking? If not, then perhaps you should upload a sample workbook.

Sorry no there are not and equal number of skilled players.
The teams would have various skilled players 13 advanced 6 average & 5 novice.
I am not sure if I can accomplish this.
