Excel time problem

Hi.
I have some problem.

I got 2 computers.
1) Windows 7 and MS Office 2007 STD
2) Windows 10 and MS Office 2016 STD

On both computers I have a dqy file. On computer no. 1 it works fine, but on commputer no. 2 i have some problems. One of colums from query is a column with a time. On comuter no. 1 i Excel i have date like this "1900-01-00 00:11" and it is ok form me. But on computer no. 2 in Excel in the same column i have problem with date. I have "1900-01-00 00:00" in all rows.
I use the same dqy file on both computers. I have no problems with anothers columns, just only with this one!

Where can be a problem?

1) make sure all local settings (especially date/time) format in windows control panel (not excel) are the same.
2) try setting a custom format for the column (if it's PL version of excel it shall be "rrrr-mm-dd gg:mm:ss" if ENG: "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss")
3) the problem could also be on the stage how query is executed. If on 2nd computer the time is always 1900-01-00 00:00, then probably query just returns whole column od zeros (formatted here as date) .
