I am trying to create a profit sharing compensation model (see attached).
Each employee's percentage of the profits is based on three categories with a 0-1 scale. If everyone is a 1, it's easy.
My question: If someone gets less than a 1 in a category, thus lowering their portion of the profits, how do I add the difference to the others?
I was thinking there might be something with MAX or MIN, but I couldn't figure it out.
