Value 015 and 15

Hi...
I'm new in excel and i have a problem...
why 015 have the same value with 15 even though it's a text.?
please help me..

To attach an Excel file to your post,

click Go Advanced,
scroll down until you see Manage Attachments,
click that and select Browse,
select your file and click Open,
click Upload and you will see your attachment below Upload Files from a website
click Close this window,
click Submit reply

After that you should see attachment in your post

because SUMIF cheating with text values especially with zeroes in front of value

try =SUMPRODUCT((C3:C11=A4)*D3:D11)
