Can someone take a look at the attached file and explain why I keep running into the following warning message every time I input new data into the first tab? How can I fix this? I think it has something to do with the formulas on the second tab that reference this table? I've never encountered this before.

I don't know what is causing it, but I changed the name from Table1 to Table_Data and the problem went away. When I tried to change it back to Table1, it told me that the name already existed, so you have a "phantom table" - it happens to me too from time to time. I don't know why it happens - one of these days I'm going on a search for list object names to see what I can find out.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

I did some reading. You had a formula in Cell C8 that referenced Table1#Ref. If you remove this formula, save and close the workbook and reopen it, the phantom table should go away.
