    Ctrl+H no longer brings up Replace after latest upgrade

    I recently upgraded Excel and found that the shortcut key for Find/Replace, CTRL+H no longer brings up the Replace menu. It brings up just the Find menu. I can click on the Replace tab, but what would cause this change of behavior if not due to the upgrade?

    My other Office applications work as expected, just Excel seems to have changed the behavior of the CTRL+H shortcut.

    Ctrl+H brings up Replace for me (Excel 2016).

    Go to Home > Find & Select. When you hover your mouse over "Replace...", a box should come up showing the shortcut key.

    Find = (Ctrl+F)
    Replace = (Ctrl+H)

    It says Replace is CTRL+H, and even selecting this option only brings up the Find dialog with the Replace tab in the background.

    Is this happening in all workbooks or only the one?

    What about in Microsoft Word? Does Ctrl+H bring up the Replace box there?

    It's only happening in Excel, and it happens in all documents.

    Word and PowerPoint, even Publisher, they all work properly.

    After some research, it looks like this happens in Office 365. Do you have Office 365?

    Yes...Office 365

    Does your information indicate if this is by design or that 365 needs a correction?

    Re: Ctrl+H no longer brings up Replace after latest upgrade

    I found that others (with Office 365) are experiencing the same thing after searching the issue.

    Now whether or not this is a bug/flaw, I do not know.

    Ok, for those that have this problem and are looking for a temporary solution and you're running AutoHotkey, here's the short AutoHotkey script I use to give me relief until MS fixes the problem.

    I recently updated Excel (Version 1708 Build 8431.2094) and the problem has been corrected.
