Print all the pages with constant Header & Footer

    Hi,

Herewith I've enclosed my file, which is kind of billing & printing. It would be glad if some one help me on this.

In the enclosed file if the number of products to be billed is more than 8 in the then print area adjustment is becoming very difficult. I should print it in two or more pages now.

Here header (from cell A1 to O18) & footer (from cell A35 to O50) shall be constant in all the print pages. Total amount of all the products & amount in words of the grand total shall appear in the last page before footer.

    For Example:
Here in the enclosed file, printing of first page with header should (from cell A1 to O18), then the list of first 8 (from cell A19 to O26) products in body, then footer from cell A35 to cell O50.

In 2nd page again header should be from cell A1 to O15, then the list of next 8 products (from Sl. No. 9 onwards), then grand total of all the products (including from 1st page) with amount in words, then again footer from cell A35 to O50.

And so on for 3rd page & 4th page if i have 100 products to bills.

I've explained the same in one more sheet as how it should be when we print the document.

Can you please suggest & also share some links to find some stuff how to achieve this task with macro.

    Thanks & regards,
    V Care

Re: Print all the pages with constant Header & Footer

how many items can there be in a bill?
    is rowheight is constant?
    maybe different approach:
1 pulling all data to bill from a data base
2 if answer is Yes to the above then you need to have a few DC Formats and print ROUNDUP(N of items/N of items per a sheet,)

Re: Print all the pages with constant Header & Footer

how many items can there be in a bill?
There must be 8 blank line items in a single page by default, even if we have 1 item to bill in a single invoice.

    is row height is constant?
Yes it must be constant as descriptions of products will be wrap text & will get covered properly with row height.

Pulling data from data base sheet to a Invoice Format may work, but at the same time i should save copy of invoice.

Can you please share any link or macro which may help to pull the data from data base sheet to invoice sheet & print & save a copy of the invoice at the same time.

    It will be very helpful.
