    Formula Help Required

    Hi,

I need some formula help here in the following situation.

File is enclosed & mentioned my results expectation.

Column A will have numbers. I need to find that between a range of numbers (1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50) and i should get yes as answer. and also i shall get "Yes" as prior to the range also.

For Ex: In Cell A1 number 25 is in between a range of 21-30, so i should get yes for range 1-10 & 11-20 also.

If my cell A1 value is 42 then all the ranges shall be yes.

If my cell A1 value is 7 then only 1-10 range should have answer as yes.

    Re: Formula Help Required

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.

Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change a Title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

You also need to provide more information ... examples and expected results.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

@Vcare: thank you. I think davsth has provided a suitable solution.

It would be good if you also changed your thread title to something more specific in order to comply with the forum rules.
