    Massive spreadsheet needing alphabetising

I've got a few huge spreadsheets that have around 18,000 rows and about 30 columns which need to be separated. If I can alphabetise 1 of the columns and expand the selection to the entire spreadsheet I'll be able to save myself 8 hours of scrolling, copy and pasting. However, when I click the 'A-Z' button and say yes to expanding the selection it only seems to alphabetise 1 or 2 columns. I realise it's probably because the spreadsheet is so huge. Anyone got any solutions?
