I am trying to change the structure of a table. Below is the structure of the table is

Every time there is new loan extra 3 columns are getting added into the spreadsheet. So the solution need to take account of this. But to analyze the status of EMIs I want to create a database table like below

I am looking for a formula or powerquery or VBA solution to achieve this.
