Need Help with Very Difficult =IF Statement

I am collecting data in a survey that comes back looking like the below...I need help writing a formula that will make it isolate and pull out only the value that is True.

What I have:
{Fluid Milk-Shelving : true, Fluid Milk-Bossie : false, Fluid Milk-Milk Mover : false, }


What I need:
Fluid Milk-Shelving


Would also love help with finding a way to separate multiple of these segments from one cell using some sort of text to columns.

The attachment is pretty vanilla, no real data here except you can tell we're doing something for a grocery store.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
