Rota and date problems.

Hi all,

New here and self taught but looking for information on my spreadsheet i am creating. I am currently in charge of my works annual leave and have made a rota for all to use. I have formulas for dates etc and have everything set up....

The one thing I'm stuck with is when i roll the date forward how do i get the information i already input for the old dates to disappear....

For example 3/11/17 will have say me working...when i change the date say forward it will change the date but the "me"working is still there?

i get i probably have not explained very well, but if you understand me id really appreciate the help.

Hi can you post an example of you spreadsheet

click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

i have very quickly just made this, my original is at work... I'm hoping you will get the idea.

At the top when you change the date the date changes correctly but the information in spreadsheet doesn't move anywhere?? I want that information to go when i change date but come back when i submit that date again.
