Comments in tables - But not comments!

I have a downloaded template with a table. When I click in a cell an explanation of the purpose of the cell is displayed. It is not a comment but 'pops up' like a comment. What is this and how do I delete it?

Go to Data - Data Validation - Input Message - Clear All (or uncheck Show...)
