    VACATION ACCRUAL as a graph

    Employee_PTO_Tracker_Excel_Template_Results.png
    Hi,
I'm hoping that one of the excel experts can help me. I would like to make a graph similar to the one shown which I am sure a lot of you are familiar with.I just need a simple graph showing the accrued holidays building and also be able to subtract from it when holidays are taken. Is this possible in a simple one page sheet.

Many thanks for taking the time to read this.

It is very easy to build the graph but we need to see your data. Please attach a file with sample data. Remove any private data.

Is this for one person, or a whole organization?

Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window and Submit your post.

This tutorial presents two techniques for creating this kind of "step chart": https://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts...StepChart.html I would expect that either technique would work for what you are trying to do here.
