Control + end takes me to unchartreed waters

Hi All, I have a workbook where the last data entered is in cell AP1133. However if I press Control + End it takes me to AP41884. There is nothing in that cell, but nevertheless I cleared it, deleted it, I even tried deleting 40,000 rows, saved the workbook but on reopening control + end still takes me to AP41884. It's driving me nuts, any help greatly appreciated.

Try this
Go to row 1134 , select that row and use "ctrl+shift+arrow down" to select all lines. Delete selected rows.

No, didn't work. Still Control + End takes me to AP41884

Usually, the solution provided in post #2 would take effect after saving the workbook.

Did you save the workbook after taking the steps outlined in post #2?

Probably AP41884 is a bottom right cell of your range.
try to select row 1134 then Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow then from the ribbon: Clear All.
Save&Close.
Reopen
