Hi
Ok so I have this Excel sheet, with some football results, and I have this formula on another sheet which will count if a team has won or drawed or lost, and the formula is
=IF('Group Matches A-D Values'!$E$3>'Group Matches A-D Values'!$G$3;1+IF('Group Matches A-D Values'!$E$4>'Group Matches A-D Values'!$G$4;1+IF('Group Matches A-D Values'!$E$5>'Group Matches A-D Values'!$G$5;1+IF('Group Matches A-D Values'!$E$6>'Group Matches A-D Values'!$G$6;1+IF('Group Matches A-D Values'!$E$7>'Group Matches A-D Values'!$G$7;1+IF('Group Matches A-D Values'!$G$8>'Group Matches A-D Values'!$E$8;1+IF('Group Matches A-D Values'!$G$9>'Group Matches A-D Values'!$E$9;1+IF('Group Matches A-D Values'!$G$10>'Group Matches A-D Values'!$E$10;1
But I in my sheet Group Matches A-D Values, I want to sort the matches, but when I do that this formula begins to refer still to $E€3 and $G$3 the same cells, as before. Is there anyway I can make it refer to for example if the values in cell E3 is sorted into cell E5. can I make it automatcially follow the sort, so that it changes within the values.
Does that make sense?
Please if you can help me I would be very happy.
