Re: Convert a slash (/) date to a dot (.) date

so you want to change the date to text - which will nolonger work in excel as a date

what is your other formula - can it not be changed to accommodate a real date

otherwise you may need vba to change the cell contents

The 29.10.17 is the name of a tab, the formula looks to this tab to get data

Re: Convert a slash (/) date to a dot (.) date

Then, why not using a helper column =TEXT(A1,"dd.mm.yy")?
