Excel 2013 file is filtered for one user but not for the others users

Hi!
Have a problem with an Excel 2013 file that is filtered for one user but not for the other users who uses the same file. If i turn of filtering it doesnīt work to scroll so that didnīt help. Could it be an add-in that is causing this problem? What add-in should I disable or enable in that case to make the filtering go away. Or do you have any other suggestions please? This is urgent to solve since the user canīt work properly because of the filtered columns.
Any help is appreciated! The file shouldnīt be filtered at all. For the other users who uses the same file the file is not filtered. They all use the same version of Excel.

I have checked frozen frames but still doesnīt work.
