Adding a subtotal to diffrent lenghts

Hi,

I have thousands of lines of data and want to add subtotals, but the data length varies?

Hi,

Here's a simple way. In H3 enter
=IF($A3="Employee:",SUM(D$3:D3)-SUM(H$2:H2),"")
and copy across three columns and then fill down.
