Excel Formula question pulling certain cell based off another

"Enter the value 1,2,3, etc. to correspond to January, February, March, etc..

In this example I entered 1 in cell C10 and want it to pull the $65,486.00 into the cell below (C11). What is a formula I could use to accomplish this?"
