Hi Guys,
I'm trying to place triggers based on 3 conditions:
If cell J3 > cell C3 x (1.10); "Over Budget"
if cell 0 < J3 < cell C3 x (1.10): "Within Threshold"
If Cell J3 < C3; "Within Budget"
Is it possible to populate this using conditional formatting? I've tried but I keep erroring out - thanks for your help in advance!

To attach a file to your post,

scroll down until you see "manage Attachments",
click that and select "Choose File" (top Left corner).
Find your file, click "Open" click "upload" click 'close windows" Top Right. click "Submit Reply"
Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
