Vlookup returning 0 and not text ( Email Address) in cell

Hi All

i am have a data validation list in H4. in J4 i am trying to get a email address from another worksheet.using =VLOOKUP($H4,'Naming Sheet Folio'!$B2:$F62,5,TRUE).
the email address are in column 5. the names in H4 come from another worksheet.
any ideas why it returns a 0 and not the email address.

A zero usually means it is finding the value in H4 but there is no value in the cell in column F across from it. To get much more help you may have to upload a sample sheet.

EDIT: is it doing this for all values it finds?
