Error 'The cell currently being evaluated contains a constant'

I am trying to use a vlookup on a 5 digit zipcode and I continue to get the error #N/A ('The cell currently being evaluated contains a constant'). I have tried changing the format of the column but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Attach a sample workbook (not image).

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I am trying to pull the account manager name from the zip code tab in to column F on the IIR ProjectDataOct2017 tab, using the zip code in colmun E.

The data in ZIPCODE is TEXT not GENERAL so needed converting to GENERAL to match data in E
