Sounds like a simple request (maybe it is!)
I'm looking to condense monthly spreadsheets in to one year (2017)
I have 11 header columns & I want to alphabetize just one column (Names), but also have each column in the same row follow that one column so it all remains organised.
Is this possible?

Sorry to waste your time, I found the solution (was really simple after all)
(in case anyone doesn't know) Highlight whole sheet - click the sort button - and specify what column you want alphabetized.
The options in the Sort window you can select sort left to right
