Multiple Drop Downs

So I have data imported from a SQL query, the data is like this:

5105 D1 .03
5105 D2 .04
5105D-C A3 .33
5105CD-C B1 .06


What I Am wanting is a drop down for the first column. Then based on the results, give me a drop down of all the options for column two, then display at the end after selecting column two is column three. And these are in a huge table, so seperating them into individual named lists would be to much work. So looking for an easier way.
