Nested if statement and with or

Hi I have this formula to look at remaining inventory for WE =IF(AND(T3778="WE",M3778>0,),M3778,0)

and I would like to include an additional OR argument (H3778=" " or H3778="N") to show for true.

How would I include that in my formula?
