Minimize and arrange sheets within a worksheet

In earlier versions of Excel one could adjust the size of a single tabbed sheets and then arrange them at will on the same screen. The Excel 365 has removed the icon for resizing and I cannot find anything in the menus. I have looked high and low through the help without success. Any ideas?

View -> Arrange All & select as required , vertical or Horizontal or tiled or cascade

This arranges all the worksheets. As I wrote, I want to arrange a few of the sheets within the same worksheet.
